Re: to: Sister_Soldier
In Response To: Re: to: Sister_Soldier ()

Haile...

bless up Sis Jo...u dun know...

...and I agree with evrything you say...naturaly

...it was just one aspect of this whole circumstance that I was trying to highlight...

One day my idren heard this other Idren who wore the attire of a Bobo giving utterance...he spoke of the pope and the queen of England and how they are the ones responsible for INI sufferation and so forth...but when he spoke, he spoke the words as if the queen or pope was infront of him...like if he was mad...and my Idren was like "If it is the truth he is talking and he is acting like that then I don't want the truth...seems as though the truth brings more grief"...

the point is we cannot bring peace or justice if we are not peaceful and justified within ourselves about all that we know and live...yes we know that people disagree with us, hate us, hurt us...but if we are to make a change we have to feel that change first...coz if we don't feel that change before it happens then its like the blind leading the blind...produceing more confusion and division...

and thats what Kamau is trying to point out as well...collectively as u've said, INI just have to build upon the possibility or the 'dream' that we have...But sometimes I feel that its closer than we think...coz life came to us without us knowing its purpose...we started living before we new its reason or logic...so the only thing that stopping us is us not doing it...remember, "In a twinkling of an eye"...

bless up sista
