Indeed it is, because the earth is in the water and the water is in the earth, they are all working particles of this great universe. They are all united together to cause this great universe to function, they are the great instruments of the Omnipotent powers of this great Creation. If we observe what takes place upon this earth, and all around us in this great Creation, we will not have any problem Iverstanding the powers of the Omnipotent manifestations of the Omnipotent.
Again I send many oceans of blessings and self determination to African people everywhere.
