i give thankhs for the response,
if I may, let me rephrase my question...
As I grew up, I was taught that "The Bible" was THE inspired word of God. I was taught that the men who wrote these texts were DIRECTLY touched/favored/empowered by God through their hands to write his laws ...and those that edited or selected the books were inspired themselves.
Now that we can historically sight that ones who were intuned with Natural Divinity (through "observation" and "experience") would be considered "inspired", is it now acceptable that we can dismiss the ideology of hand-chosen-inspiration (in a burning bush, fearful, spooky manner), and acknowledge that in fact these Divine Word/Truths that ended up being recorded were from "observers and experiencers" of Nature?
Seeing that you can sight the word/power of reasoning from an observation/experiental standpoint compared to a "received" standpoint (the premise of your original post in this thread)...are we ready to go there yet?
