I like the way you point that whites could never really relate to us in the manner of our experiences past and present. The only thing I fear about whites proclaiming Rastafari (Blessed Be He The Holy One), is that they tend to white everything up and the day a see a painting of Haile Sellassie I (praises due to HIM) being white-skinned I have to get violent with that person. We as Africans have to educate the white more because has history shows anything that originated in Africa was stolen by the whites. what then 3000 years from now whites might be considered the true rastafarians and the beginnings hidden. Do you see my point. This has been bothering for a long time since the time I saw a White Rastafarian who knew nothing about Sellassie I and worn a Prince Emmanuel nicklace whom he didn;t know either. give me some clearity because to be honest I have a hard time trusting whites.
