N'Cobra sounds familiar. An Idren I meet in the states was meeting with some group I think are called The Black Nation of America, basicly the group won recognistion by the UN as being a Country within a Country but no land to claim. I think the Idren sent me a flyer that had N'Cobra on it, Its a USA based organisation.
