Reign of Terror is on for the Occupation of Lado still . Lado continued and continues to face the Reign of Terror of the SPLM ( Sudan People's Liberation Movement ) . The Khartoum Government was made to promise the position of Vice President in Sudan to SPLM . The Nairobi Agreement of 9 January 2005 between the Sudan Government and the SPLM did not include the Equatoria ( Lado ) . The People of Lado are being Killed and therefore are not to be recognised of their own Land in order to clear the Land ( of Lado ) for Colonial Powers and Masters to benefit from the Lado Natural Resources : (a) Land, ( b ) Minerals ( c ) Oil ( d ) Forests, ( e ) Animals (Fauna) and Fish, ( f ) Water, ( g ) Special Medicinal Plants, ( h ) the People of Lado to be ( Slave Labour ) and for people Services.

The present situation in the Sudan and Uganda has for a long time been a powder keg, ready to ignite into a full scale war on the entire African Continent at any moment, unless there is a Political Solution to Recognise Lado as a Sovereign and Independent State of Lado. So far , precious time has been wasted since 1947 with the pussyfooting of the UN who are anxious to avoid another Bloodbath of Historic proportions and if the UN is sincere , it must no longer hesitate to call for a Political Solution, including the Lado Issue of Sovereignty and Independence instead of bending down head to the Demands of Mighty Britain and pretend that the State of Lado and the Lado People in Central Africa do not exist

British Plan to Annex Lado into Sudan and Uganda is obvious : Under these auspices the British are planning to Annex Lado into Uganda, which is a British Protectorate under the British Commonwealth and into the Republic of Sudan, the former Anglo-Egyptian Condominium ( Anglo-Egyptian Sudan ) . The Greed for the Natural Resources in Lado is coming up in the open air now as the so called ' Civilised Countries ', who should more fittingly be named ' the Countries of the Culture of Violence and Greed ' are so focusing on Controlling Lado and the Resources of Lado . They know very well that the Oil fields they pretend now they have discovered are in Uganda and in Southern Sudan is the property of Lado . The political trick behind here has always been to create a desperate situation of Warfares in the Sudan ( SPLA - forces ) , in Uganda ( LRA - forces ) but the fighting ground is on Lado land and lastly in the end to bring the two forces and two Governments into signing Agreements for Governance over Lado . The creating of Southern Sudan Government is for this purpose by the Approval and Sponsorship of Britain and U S A in anyway , once again to change / give the name Southern Sudan to replace Equatore Lado / Lado Enclave for the third time . As a poltical Indentity and in Human Geography Juba is located in Lado Kingdom - Nation but not in the Sudan State .

Equatoria - LADO , which was a province of Egypt, located in the extreme south of Sudan a long the upper reaches of the White Nile was an idealistic effort to create a State in the interior of Africa in the hands of a handful of adventurers and soldiers in isolated outposts.

The word name Sudan in Arabic means - " Land Areas of Blacks lying to the south of the Desert Sahara .

The name Equatoria was established by Samuel Baker in 1871 under the Ottoman of Egypt and Lado . Briefly Charles Gordon took over as Governor in 1874, followed by Emin Effendi Pasha in 1876 -1878 . Emin ' s real name being Edward Oscar Theodor Schtzer of a German - Jewish family . An Italian Soldier by name Romolo Gessi who later became a Pasha - a Title of Governor General given by the Ottoman Rule Authority by then , of the Anglo - Egyptian Sudan today known as the Independent "" State of Sudan " , actively participated in the Administration of Equatorial - Lado Nation Occupied , under the Governorship of the British National Colonel Charles Gordon best known in history as " China "".

From this time they began to cultivate and inhabit the Virgin Land around the White Nile within the borders best known as the ' LADO Enclave ' or 'Equatoria ' - the land which the British arrogantly have chosen to refer always to as plainly:' The Area ' in the Great Lakes Region and the Nile-Congo Watershed Region or West - Nile of ( Central - Africa ) . Infact the first Governor-General of LADO was Colonel Sir Samuel White Baker ( a British National / Subject ) who was thereby promoted to the Rank of Major General in the Turkish Army and then appointed by the Ottoman Empire to the Governor-General of LADO to be ruled for Turkey .

The British slipping in Today's as usual oppressors is no secret to LADO in bringing by force RULE the Governance of Uganda and Sudan State over Lado as they are more discreet and understand the secret power of ruling through others as they have done in Lado since 1871. German and American Governor Generals were the only exceptions to British rule, which explains why the British have always managed to keep the upper hand in all Lado Affairs. . Charles George Gordon, who earned his nickname ' China ' through his ruthlessness and total lack of charm, was an experienced Military man who knew all about colonial rule from his time in India . However even 'China's ' Imperial Army could not deter the people of Lado from putting up fierce resistance, which forced the British administrators to bring in Egyptian soldiers to support the Ottoman Army. Everyone wanted their piece of Christmas Cake . In 1889, when the powerful Ottoman / Egyptian Army withdrew from Lado, the Belgians moved in - and and later left it to the British to administrate the troublesome people of Lado.

Hardly a Nation lives Lado to itself : The Lado people - Sudanics have been slaughtered by the French, who fought with the British over Lado from 1896 to 1899.

The Italians moved in from Ethiopia and didn't leave until May 1906 when the London Agreement was signed by the Belgians. Later the same year in December another agreement was signed between France, Italy and Britain ,which prevented any of them from assisting Lado or respecting the Sovereignty or Borders of Lado. The following year, in 1907, the British made an identical agreement with Russia, which tied up the Mighty Russian bear and stamped out the former Agreement on cooperation between Russia and Lado drawn up in December 1899. " The final agreement was in 1908 between Britain, France, Spain, Portugal and Germany, which tied everybody' s hands and prevented them from coming to the assistance of Lado or to sell arms to Lado .

These Colonial Masters used all the back doors there to Occupy Lado . The British came in from Egypt, the French from Congo - Brazzaville, and the Belgians from Congo - Leopoldville. The Italians moved in from Ethiopia . All wanted to have their piece of the Cake. Lado was the key to controlling the African continent. The British however still know that Lado is not yet destroyed and colonised but now wants to bring to the surface to see that Lado is occupied by the Africans and the real physical presence of them is not seen but to control the mind of the Africans , is an easy way to do so . The Blue - print is to use their Colonial countries to destroy Lado and in doing so they can refer to the world powers that , what ever is happening to Lado is merely an African Affair . A short political eye view in Africa may as well now lay down a deep bases for terrorism of which Uganda , D R Congo , Sudan failing to have as a wide and a part view is grooming terrorists only . History teaches so . People take to Arms to fight injustice in any form of Social . Societies ; that is including unjust Governments to say least .

Therefore I think creating a new State in Sudan -Central Africa doesn't serve to end conflicts there . Religious differences of Islamic North and Christian South of the peole of Sudan are invented matters by some politicians in hiding the root crisis of that vast region Sudan -Central Africa .

The new name they are giving as Southern Sudan State is so intentionally being done on an old existing STATE ( KINGDOM OF LADO ) which the western world removed / cancelled in 1913 - 1914 . This is the root crisis of the wars in this part of Africa . Unless this is talked of , wars over there will continue . This is the Major fear .

All African Leaders are scared stiff to talk of Lado even amongest themselves . They have been well informed of the position of Lado of being a State by the international convention of the 28th September 1892 and being different from the State of Uganda by the status quo convention of
1st April 1894 and Sudan State by the convention treaty of Anglo - Egyptian Sudan 1899 . You can see Lado State is senior to these two States which have received their independences . But Lado still remains in the york of occupation .

The peace to reach in this region depends on
recognising the international Statehood personality of Lado using the methods and procedures of the presented Articles 2 ,3 ,7 and also to the African Charter of Human and Peoples Rights , 21st June 1981 , Article 20 . This in line must also follow the Articles and resolutions of the U N .

Lado is constantly following these procedures till to date , especially in avoiding Article 51 of U N which may or can simply step in as a last resort in the search to defend herself from foreign aggressive interventions . ( Lado Petition to " UN SECURITY COUNCIL " )

Such incredible views undertaken by some of the countries in an orchestrated Peace Agreements going on in Juba ( Juba is rightly in Ladoland ) betwwen Uganda and Sudan is distructing the political thought / thinking of finding a lasting solution in this part of Africa . People need a proper historical and political information about these three States : Uganda , Lado and Sudan State , inculding D
R Congo in this part of Africa and the world over for their future co - existence in harmorny .
