How do you explain someone wanting the sick to be nourished, the aged to be protected, the hungry fed, and the infants cared for?

According to nature it is about self preservation.

Going by that "truth", we should not strive to help anyone but ourselves.

If you dont think it is truth that we need other people to live then you misoverstand the whole idea of life/procreation.

What causes another person to want to procreate with another?

Is it just a matter of one being a male and another being a female like in case of two lions mating?

Or is it something much deeper than that?

Is there nothing else that puts those people together and keep those people together?

Would love be a falsehood since it can not be explained in your view of TRUTH?

You do know that there can be more than one stimuli/variable in cause and effect?

Life is not as simple as A + B = C

I did not respond to you in an inappropriate way. I sighted how I view your reasoning just as you did mine.
