Iman am not trying to limit reality in the way of the five senses. I know that there is mystic revelation. Something I think about often in regards to this board is the concept of word-sound. The Iriginal word-sound power is the union of ones inner thoughts manifest in the throat/lungs/respitory system and projected through the medium of air vibration into the I's ear through that mechanism and into the mind for the purpose of overstanding. This invloves not only auditory and nervous system realities but also the most interesting reality...comprehension/thought/ intillectual communication. What is even more interesting to I is the concept of the written word-sound. Because there is no sound! so when i read your words (or anybody's) I "hear " them with my own inner voice, even though they are not of my own creation. This to me proves the existance of a higher level of interconnection beyond the cold scientific plane. It is Jah overstanding animated within a silent connection between the author and I.

But even these larger connections still happen in the media of life, noticed and transmitted by living things. Anything that we notice and call "extra sensory perception" is only "extra" when compared with the five senses established by science, but it is still perception just the same.

Metacognition- is what some say sets humans apart in mental orginizational structure from the rest of Iration. This means that we can think about thinking- which in turn reveals to us our own death process. And in knowing this death process is unavoidable to our physical we have the capability of ascending to the next level- Spirit Consciosness/life eternal.

Iman have heard this explained like this: in western mythology we often here about the apple as being the paradigm for widom, but reality is really much more like an onion, semi transparent levels that illude to the next concentricly. No finite core like an apple, no poison seeds.

So to answer the question, No Iman would never limit reality to the "five" human senses-However, Iman also would not aknowledge the presence of etherial ghosts goblins and demons who are unembodied by life, in I sight that is not what Rastafari is about.
