Sir, you are mixing issues, the result is that you are becoming confused.
You recognise that people like myself subscribe to the Orthodox Rastafarian pereception of women (which you most certainly do not. An astute observation, except that you do not understand the Orthodox Rastafarian perception of women in the first place. I think this is where you need to start before discussing it with someone like you.
"The Bible cites blood lineage as the qualifier of messianic appointment, on none other than the male side. I was always confused as to why Jesus was traced from David on Joseph’s side of the family...Joseph had nothing to do with Jesus’s conception. Jesus had not a single drop of Joseph's blood."
The Bible is clear in tracing Jesus' lineage through Joseph to David. In fact, our Lord and Saviour was known as Yehoshua Ben-Yosef, literally Jesus the son of David. Do not distort the issue.
"Funny how Jesus, HIM, Moses, Abraham, Heru, with all of their divinity still had to go through 9 months of absolute power in the female’s hands to enter this world (not just appear out of nowhere)."
This again is a leap towards the absurd. Of course, everyone has a mother. This includes those same mothers.
I do not see what your problem is with the Christian roots of Rastafari. Rastafari is rooted in the Bible. If you don't like that, fine, no one's forcing you.
"There are many who have taken Rastafari to the next level and are unfolding Universal self/truths (AND those who have not)."
You may be conned, but you cannot conned us. What you have simply done is embraced the various New Age teachings of Western culture and adapted to your special needs. In that respect, you are no different from Madonna, Al Gore, Britney Spears, Adolf Hitler (oh yes, he was steeped in the occult, Blavatsky and all) and all the other peculiar and sometimes species-challenged entities that inhabit the West. To then call these teachings African is an exercise in delusion that requires a separate field of mental health science. I know there are cultures that have goddesses on the continent, Eja and I discussed the one in his culture recently, but I am sure he will tell you that his people did not get their goddess from Karenga or Blavatsky. So, it is still a different thing.
"It is indeed a right to reject Goddesses, Astrology, Astronomy, Pantheons, Karenga, or whatever else one wants to reject...but as another poster stated, they reject you too.
-and always will "
Good.
