If anyone would like to carry this proposal foward, then, submit your work to this site. It has to be something that can stand up by itself. By this, I mean to say that extracts from previous reasonings may not suffice as, it is only possible to use links to follow up on something while online, and, as said previously, not everybody that gets the printed material may be able to access the internet.

That been said, I still think it would be possible for us to collectively deal with a singular issue. For example, I could suggest that we give thought to what Seshatasefekht said regarding the lack of a unified voice to speak on the most pressing issue that we, as one people, are facing at this time. It would be interesting to get the different perspectives on this matter.
