To many white Americans and Europeans as well as East Asians (Chinese, Japanese, Koreans), East Indians are Negroes. Why would they habor such a belief?

Simple. The Chinese, Japanese, Koreans know exactly who the core of East Indian culture and civilization are. They are Indo-Negroids and Afro-Austric people. India's population is about 1,200,000,000 (one billion two hundred million people) About 600 million are Indo-Negroid - in other words, they belong to the same race as Africans and African-Americans and look identical to groups in East Africa and the Sahara.

In fact, the languages spoken by East Indians in Southern India are all in the Afro-Asiatic group and all come from the Kenya/Ethiopia region. India is a divided nation, it is composed of Negroid, Negrito, Negro-Australoid (all branches of the Black African race -- all with the original African genes and all being the very first people in India. Indians from India are also the most hated people in Europe and the United States -- guess why? Because they are perceived as RACIST by Blacks as well as by whites (who believe Indians think they are superior and more 'civilized.)

The typical Indian (including Punjabi Caucasian) has the Negroid 'contenance' and Negroid height and bone structure. That is because from Afghanistan to Bangladesh (northern regions), the Indo-Negroid, Negroid and Negrito, Negro-Australoids dominated that entire region and build strong civilizations there before 1700 B.C. India will eventually have a separate BLACK INDO-NEGROID NATION IN THE SOUTH THAT BUILDS A STRONG RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER BLACK NATIONS.

As long as India is seen as a racist nation by Europeans, Africans, Americans and East Asians, India will continue to have that stigma and Indians in the Diaspora will be looked upon with suspicion.
