Greetings,
regarding the idea of 'vibrating' oneself. Vedic systems are shot through with this idea, it is at the foundation of the idea of mantras. I have sat in front of a whole crew of Tibetan monks doing that amazing low, almost growling, mantra practice and it makes everything shake almost like a big sub-woofer. Whether or not this is some kind of important vibrational frequency is open to debate, but my guess is that a bunch of folks that have devoted the better part of 2000 years to the study of the mind may have a least some idea of what they are on about.
And.... how about the possibility that music may have a similar effect? Particularly drumming, which sets up all kinds of sympathetic vibrations in the body, singing, or playing particular notes.
