Sound like resonance frequency to I. If the person is able to vibrate at the same frequency as the limestone's natural frequency, then more energy would be absorbed by the limestone.

But how does one get themselves to vibrate at any frequency at will?

And what are the 'levels' of self knowledge that u speak of?

I know it all begins with self..but as within, so without...

The known universe and everything contained within is part of self right, just as we are a part of it?
