Yes, victims do tend to abuse drugs and alcohol. This behaviour is not exclusive; privileged ones also abuse drugs. All the reasons for abusing drugs ultimately are about ignorance and lack of self-control.
Anyone who wants to use "drug abuse" to feel dark-skin kinky-hair Blacks are unsuitable as leaders as a result of those who may actually abuse drugs, I will remind them that the system (the majority of ignorant people and their leaders) tolerates abusive and genocidal Whites in leadership positions.
I am sure if people were focused on serving and helping forward others instead of trying to promote their false sense of selves, there would be no shortage of the conscious dark-skin Black people (who would get the support that usually goes to others in the system) to lead the struggle for reform.
Even if all parties don’t agree on everything here, it is good to see some new ones actually looking into the issue of Colorism. I am sure out of them we will have future leaders.
