In Trinidad and Tobago where I reside there are people of every imaginable race, shade, size and culture and many have to interact on some level on a daily basis. I have spent time in the U.S., England and South America and people there do not even have to interact with different ethnicities on a daily basis.

If someone in Trinidad is studying all these issues while learning about the different ethnicities and interacting with them on a daily basis, they can learn much about people all over the world without even traveling to different parts of the world. Africans from the continent regularly come to Trinidad and people from here go to the continent of Africa. I also benefited from interacting with two types in different ethnic groups, those who have been removed from their 'homeland' for generations and those of similar race and culture who recently came over.

Alongside the exposure here where I reside, I have also traveled, so my views are based on all that I have learnt from interacting with people of diverse races, colors, cultures etc. My position about Racism and Colorism are not based on limited experiences from one corner of the world, but from studying broadly and from a close evaluation of diverse people whom I interact with regularly.

We have several photo albums online to attest to this. Check out the links below.
