As I said, there are Afrikan people here in the west who have similar complexion and facial feature to Haile Selassie.
If you ask the Hebrew Israelites, they would say that brothers and sistas in the West are the original children of Isreal scattered abroad.
I am not disagreeing with you about skin color being the deciding factor in the judgement of a person. There are other factors.
I still sight Qedamawi Haile Selassie as an Afrikan...as a blackman. Just as I do Afrikans who were born in the west.
