As always, thanks for your wisdom.
Whether its a jailed member of the KKK's address to an African-American prison inmate, or Cosby's address to the African-American poor; both seem to imply that the African-American problem is the creation and responsibility of the least among us. I and a few others would like to know how its possible, that the least powerful, in fact the very "victims of power" appear to exert such influence on the lives of those who have abandoned them and those who exploit them?
