Hence the presence of conscience. Man is free to act in all conscience, or not.

Well the existence of consciousness has been debated for centuries. Some equate consciousness with being aware of your existence. Many believe that animals have consciousness and that it is independent of free will. I dont see why free will would be a determinate for conscious. Some even argue that free will is not so free. Plants grow in perfect harmony with their environment. This seems to be a universal goodness compared to the subjective 'goodness' of man's 'free' will.

Morality is subjective, conscience is not, a conscious child has a conscience.

Moral conscience is something different all together, often designed by the expression of a "voice of conscience" telling the good from the evil.

I ask again if evil can be defined without using morality?

How else do we say that one man is evil against another man?

Right now I sight that ones are saying that balance is good and imbalance (sin) is evil.

So it goes in the christian bible, if one sins, then one is evil.
