Well in order for this to be a valid definition, then one has to define what God is that evil is absent from?
If we use religion/morality for the definition of God, then I still think the definition is lacking...
Many "evil" things were done to Job even though GOD was present there with him while satan was allowed to commit EVIL against Job.
God didnt forsake Jesus because according to christians, he is God.
So why was evil commited toward him? Or was this evil or just man's inability to overstand the infathomable (called God)?
When morality is used to answer a question, then the answer will be a relative one.
Since we have been reasoning about quantitative mathematics, which yield a measureable answer, how can we measure Evil...or lack of God quantitatively?
