There is a good answer to the question you asked earlier in this new post. "Help Africa help itself..." indeed. We have been hearing those same words for centuries and what it means is, "Make Africans help us devastate/exploit their lands."

Which comes first, fixing up the civil society or fixing up the military society? Do you think the two can be done in tandem or, do you think the military is the most vital body in a society?

When you speak of an African Union force, what kind of people do you visualise as being at the head this force? What will be the operational doctrine of this force? And, how do you see the leaders getting everybody behind this doctrine?
