The gray area is what we make of it
In Response To: Re: There is a gray area ()

Selasielive:
Don't play me with your play on words.
You and everyone else know what I am trying to say, you just want to argue it because it is contrary to what you believe. Because it is the Christ that "the white man" taught you, that the white man brought to Afrake. Get over it, so what if a white man told a black man. I know black men that live in Afraka, that have told white men about Jesus Christ - so what who cares if a black man told a white man or a white man told a black man.
You believe in H.I.M., I believe in Christ. The same basic principle exist. It is when man adds his ideology into the mix when it changes from the basic principles of Selassie or Christ. Then it becomes doctrine, then it becomes tradition, them it becomes religion, then it becomes a way of life (and nobody knows the difference), then it becomes apostosy(false teachings in any belief, religion, way of life).

Summary:
1.) Rasta and Christianity think they are both the right way.
2.) Rasta discriminate against Christians.
3.) Rasta and Christians are the most parallel of beliefs, they have the minimal differences.
4.) So why can't they get along?
5.) So why is there so much racism between the two, if both of their teach to accept people for how they are not to change people.

Answer because they both add a little bit of what the individual thinks and that separates. They started as inclusive beliefs and became exclusive beliefs.

Now for disciple:
There is praise for Jah's creations(just not idolatry and putting something before him), there is a connection between the cosmos and nature(without the cosmos there is no nature), there is nothing new under the sun except for the fulfillment of the old ways (the laws of the prophets) by them making way for the Christ. Christ said he was here to do make a new way. It is what Christ does for you that matters not what someone can tell you he can do. That divinity in ourselves is there through Christ. He who is in me is greater than he who is in the world. If you remember I previously said that what I call the world people here call babylon. We can have that divinity you are looking for - that is what everlasting life means, so long as it is not married with vanity, ego and selfish ways.

Love yourself
Support your community
Be an example your people
Follow Moses's example (yes some teachings say he was the first Christ- but is what you believe)
Find out Kristna's purpose and reason
Mohammed was great teacher, study him overstanding that he was a man
Follow H.I.M.'s example, he was an excellent man (if you believe him to be the Christ, still put God first.)

I will denounce the false teaching of modern Christianity but I will not denounce the "drivers" as you put it, they are the ones that need the most help. They need to see the error of their ways. I must be an example to them to show them how the "religion" they are following has errors.
Everyone is right about how Christians are - so why not be an example to them rather than hate them and tell them how stupid they are. Correct them with love, but hatred and trash talking from either side will do nothing. Remember the balance thing. Both sides are trying to outweigh the other.

We both started from the same origin and both are getting further and further away from that origin.

Accept the world for what it is for it is not our place to change them.
