Give thanks for such a relevant and thought provoking topic. I think that what hinders us in achieving these goals, mandated by a yet to be determined agenda, are obstacles that are in many respects self-generated. Unfortunately, in our community, oftentimes our focus endeavors to articulate our differences, instead of our commonalities. Until there are clear levels of communication that provides for a basis by which we could agree on common themes and values, that are pertinent to our common survival and prosperity as a race; our agenda will be fragmented and disjointed. What common themes and/or practical solutions can be agreed on, to forward the development of said agenda?
