America - no it can not change. But the people can. The system that America and the government use are corrupt but the people as a whole can not be held accountable. So being racist will not better anything, being against the system, going against the grain, yet actually producing change in your own LOCAL environment and being compassionate towards the others that it will affect will bring about a change we can be content with.
