Greets Rasi
I sight what the I is saying.
But unfortunately in an elementary school setting, the child usually has one teacher that teaches all the subjects, other than art, p.e, music.
There has to be some form of behavior management first in foremost in order for the teacher to teach.
This is where the problems usually arise.
The white teacher has no way of overstanding the black child so she labels the child as a problem and passes the child off to someone else like special ed teacher, social worker, principal, etc.
The child is then labelled throughout his school career.
So it would not matter if the white teacher was Einstein when it came to mathematics.
At a high school, and maybe even middle school level, a white math teacher could possibly be effective in teaching mathematics and science to teenagers.
Elementary may be another story though.
Also, there are always exceptions to the rule.
But I rather focus on the rule than the exception.
Peace
