I can appreciate your points. The question remains though; is it more wishful thinking that Black parents can/will instill in their youth the characteristics to suceed in school; or that white teachers will become more intune with Black youth; or their will be an upsurge in Africans entering the teaching proffession and teaching exclusively in predominately Black schools? There simply arent enough teachers entering the proffession, and there is even less African proffesionals becoming teachers.

Although I know that there will not be, an immediate exodus from the west, however, plans for mass repatriation are in order-cause as long as you live in the west/america, it is going to be difficult to attain steudent/teacher racial equity in the classrom and beyond
