One of the biggest dangers causing the (further) division (or disintegration) of black people, whenever they think they join forces to fight what they believe is the common enemy or for a common cause, is misinformation. That shows the power of information. I think misinformation can come in many forms, and does not necessarily have to aim for directly misinforming a targeted group, or a concerned group, but can also be through correctly informing the group, but with the sinister purpose of further splintering it into as many imaginable factions as there can be: almost like imploding a group into infinitely many pieces!

I think Zimbabwe is the template post-colonial case.

It is nothing different with Zimbabwe, where we have, out of nowhere, all these Zimbabwe spokesmen and henchmen, radio stations and massive ANTI-Zimbabwe websites and forums strewn all around the globe; and one wonders from whose pocket all this funding is coming, and why so much “kindness”? Wouldn’t they rather pump their funds into campaigning against deadly AIDS instead, which is daily claiming the lives of millions of young sub-Saharan Afrikans? Wouldn’t they just campaign in the West for more free ARVs for dying young Afrikans, if they care so much about the wasted lives of Afrikans, or even Zimbabweans’? What ever happened to ‘Scientific Research’?

I am almost certain that ‘SW Radio Africa’ is another ‘faceless monster’ owned and controlled by non-Zimbabweans (i.e. most certainly by whites); it is most definitely not funded by black people, let alone by (black) Afrikans and not even by black Zimbabwean refugees in exile there. And so, it wouldn’t be foolish of one to wonder if the owners and sponsors of SW Radio Africa have any real grassroots Zimbabwean interests at heart (and if so, WHICH and WHY?), if not just the land and its money.
