if seeking to fully understand the complexities of the various dimensions of discrimination of women in the workplace, there are many factors that are variables that may be considered in respect to the level of womens equity in the workplace, that isnt limited solely aspects of race and color. These issues can include: education level, socio-economic class, weight, perceived attractiveness, health status, etc. Who determines who is being treated the worst in the workplace? How can you measure one person severity of discrimination as it realtes to anothers level of discriminarion?
