It seems to me taht in every part of the world you go teh lighter skinned your are the more priveledged you are . This is something that has to come out in the light and get discussed. Otherwise we are just fooling ourself. If this is due to colonialism or not... I donīt know. But the fact remains that it is some kind of rasism in this. For example in Muritania where darker skinned Africans were slaves for the lighter skinned until the 1990īs. This is a very important Issue
