1) Ras Tafari is a function of the heart because Jah rule the heart.
2)How can a white feel or identify with rasta ?

or do you prefer :

"Jah does not rule their hearts" ( of the whites )
"Ras Tafari is a livity that has existed with Afrikan people since creation"

"By your works, you shall be known."

all those are selassielive words .
so , do you think you sure you have overstood what selassielive wanna say ....?
because expressions over here in i opinion still , are in full contradiction.if you can sort that out ....

what you can overstand from there is that RasTafari rule the hearts , but whites can't feel it , but wait Jah rules not the hearts of whites , it depends , because by your work you shall be known ....if it is this you over , well i got that too .
