I feel where you come from questioning the way his character was portrayed but I thought on this when I saw the movie, I think that more or less all of the characters are blown up a little bit in order to impress on those unfamiliar with certain perceptions (at same time it could be a Babylon trick to make us put on the face of understanding because of the movie, when really it was enforcing a new spin on already existing stereotypes)
