No, I am trying to descredit the idea that any tyrant, or tyrant's minion can be accommodated if the shout the right slogan.

Garvey, Selassie etc did the talking. We want to see works. Killing Africans, denying them basic rights, wrecking an economy, driving millions of youths in to exile, allowing millions more people to starve to death or die of disease, well, that is not the sort of works our Pan African stalwarts had in mind for Africa! I don't care what sort of drivel Professor Moyo is saying ,he has African blood and misery on his hands.
