Speaking of the Kong-San as if they are some separate race is like speaking of the Kwa as being a separate race from other Negro Africans in Congo. They are the same race and environmental factors and diet is responsible for differences in height.

The fact is, when the Europeans arrived in South Africa, there were hundreds of thousands of Kong-San, Bantu and the Nama people living in South Africa. The Kong-San and Nama were cattle herders and hunter-garthers. The Bantu and other tall Africans were agriculturalists and cattle herders. In fact, Agriculture has been practiced in Southern Africa long before 1000 BC. Zimbabwe had an advanced agriculture industry and iron making industry as early as 300 BC.

The Europeans in order to legitimize their occupation of Southern Africa spread the lie of the "Bantu" coming to Southern Africa about 300-400 AD. Well, the fact is the Bantu has been in Southern Africa for thousands of years. The term 'Bantu" "Ba-Ntu" means "People." The European coloniaists invented the so-called "Bantu" migrations, when in fact, people were spread throughout Africa from the beginning of human history. Southern Africa has always had a population of tall, robust Africans who lived throughout the region.

After the Dutch established a policy of exterminating the Kong-San and Nama and the Herero the invented the lie about Southern African being inhabited by a few Kong and San People. This lie is perpetrated on and on.

Taller, robust Africans never pushed into any Kong-San lands. They had always lived alongside the Kong-san and other shorter hunter-gatherers. Africans had lived peacefully alongside the Kongsan for over a million years. It was the Europeans who carried out a policy of extermination and land theft of both the Kong San and the taller Africans like the Zulus, Xhosa, Venda, Swazi and others.
