No doubt we'd probably lose but people gotta do something about this kind of thing instead of sitting there and taking it!
Anyone have any ideas about (a) what are the legal possibilities and impossibilities of doing something like that and (b) what would be the best way to find and contact the biggest number of people who have had similar experiences?
Maybe someone is doing something like this already? I should do some research and find out, I would think someone would have tried it if it were possible...
