Malcolm X/ El Hajj Malik El Shabazz
In Response To: Re: Light Skin vs Dark Skin??? ()

I'm mentioning this great brother's name to stimulate more discussion on (a) light skinned people's suitability for leadership roles and (b) what is meant by "leadership roles" anyway.
What is a "leader", what are the appropriate things for a "leader" to do? Should we even have "leaders"? (For me, the answer to that would depend on your definition of "leadership").
Also, Ayinde, have you lived in ameriKKKa (USA)? Would you agree with me that the color caste system is more obvious and blatant in the caribbean than in ameriKKKa where police (for example) would tend to look at me (light skinned) and selassielive (black skinned) and just see two dreadlocked n***ers?
