Just a response to the title:
“If We Connect Our Mental Grids Unity Will Flow”

This is very possible; it is just that most people do not know. It is only really possible among those who are in touch with their selves. Here people would be personally and collectively responsible, and they would not experience any dominating authority over their lives. Here personal identities and collective identity would be harmonized, so people can pursue their personal interests while acting for the good of the whole. Here people would be conscious of their independence and interdependence at the same time. Of course reasoning would be more rewarding, and people would come to a common understanding on many things. Many possibilities there!
