Whether there are descendents of African in South Asia and the Middle East, these people don’t consider themselves "black" and especially not "African"! They make the choice of rejecting their African ancestral nationality. It makes no sense to call them African just because they are dark-skinned.
Besides, what cultural ties we, black-Africans and blacks across America, have to them other than darker skin?
