It has never been that way and it never will be. Why do you think Ethiopians and Somalis look different from Congolese and Nigerians. I'm not being funny, but some "Arabs" look more "African" than Haile Selassie does. Human beings are one "race". Otherwise different "races" wouldn't be able to interbreed and produce fertile offspring.
You say Indians should only mate with Indians. Indians themselves are made up of many different "races", including Indo-Aryans in the north, Mongoloids in the northeast, Dravidians and Australoids in the south, and the Sidis of Gujurat who are of African descent. All these peoples have been "interbreeding" for centuries. Do you seriously expect everyone to stay in their own little corner of the world and only mate amongst themselves? It's not going to happen.
