Countries should advertise what they have, and those who want performances can get that too. Nothing is too wrong with that on its own. It is just that it should not be confused with the real life experiences of the people they encounter.

Black and White interactions work well when both sides are aware they are benefiting from it. Most whites should first become aware that they need the victims of their abuses/excesses to help straighten them out. They cannot do it on their own. They should be willing to PAY the 'victims' to be able to experience some of their lifestyles, and to get proper reasoning on life. The 'poor' can use the resources to help develop communities. That is fair trade, and not charity.

They who lack direct sensitivities need the help of those who are naturally sensitive in order to develop their character/selves. That is a fact of life.
