You seriously believe that Alice Walker, Angela Davis, bell hooks, Mariama Ba... just as a few examples of Black women who have been called or call themselves 'feminists' or 'womanists' or what have you... you seriously believe these people are plotting genocide and the destruction of the Black family???
Most Black people in America are holy-holy Christians or claim to be, in my experience they mostly think the man supposed to be the head and all that (in my opinion) nonsense, OK the men might not be there as 'the head' cos babylon lock him up, or cos he decided to run from his responsibilities as a father, so the women there running things, but most of them have the ideology that it's a man who is supposed to be running things, the church promotes this idea, the nation of islam promotes this idea, even some of our revolutionary organizations have promoted this idea at one time or another, this idea is deeply ingrained in society, it's a total distortion to say that 'feminist matriarchs' are running things and downpressing Black men, in my opinion.
Look at who running the system, is it women? Come on now. dead prez put it well: 'The average black male, spend a third of his life in a jail cell, cos the world is controlled by the white male, and the people don't never get justice, and the women don't never get respected, and the problems never get solved, and the jobs they never pay enough, so the rent always be late, can you relate, we livin in a police state.'
