They all state very clearly that 'tribal war' and mass slaughter were not common in Sub-Saharan Africa. I realize I gave you a way to distort further by mentioning Egypt, where the forces at play were more complex.

If you look anywhere in Africa today where 'age-old tribal conflicts' are raging, Liberia, Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi, Congo...the sources of tribalism are as I described them-they lie in European imperialism and chattel slavery. Prove me wrong.

What is interesting is that your original post was framed as an 'innocent' question, while your response to me shows you already had your answer in mind, so the question is, what were your motives in the first place, and why somebody who claims to be a Rasta seems to go out of his way to portray Africa in such a poor light.
