The answer to your question is 'yes'. Man has always been unjust to man. But I can say that Afrikans were allowed to follow their own culture, build their own communities, and worship their own gods before the Europeans came with their deceit in the name of 'Peace and Love.'

Rootsie has some truth in what she is saying. People couldnot delve into the high sciences and come into such higher learning if there was always war going on. You have to have a time of peace to manifest such works. It is a known fact that Afrikans were flourishing in Kemet millenia before they opened their gates to foreigners. I ask what is your motivation for the question? How will knowing the answer to this question liberate black and brown people all over the face of the earth?
