Black Africans have systematically been 'attacked' for bringing up matters of Racism and Colorism on this board and you have even posted some 'strong' comments.
I am indeed interested in seeing how you qualified this incident as racism given the point the poster made of seeing you with his own eyes and you are White, while working under a White boss.
There are other points of interest on this thread but I will hold on that to allow for this explanation.
