I do not think it is important to Rastafarians what the Beta Israel or anyone else thinks about the Kebra Naghast.
For the Rastafarian people, the Kebra Naghast puts Africa at the centre of both Judaic and Christian tradition and heritage. That is revolutionary, and I say this because at this time, we have had Christian missionaries come out of Europe to Africa. Yet the Kebra Naghast shows us that it is us who have the light of Christ, and the bloodline of Christ. It is known that King James suppressed the Kebra Naghast.
So, this is our Book.
