i would say there is a bit of a problem with the idea that what people think doesnt really matter. People think before they act, and while it would be an improvement if folk did simply confine themselves to muttering into their beards, but the trouble is that with enough of that whisky you mentioned it will generally only be a matter of time before they put down their banjos and pick up something nastier. And then we are all back on the treadmill again.
