I've heard that Bob quote too (though maybe we're not talkin about the same one); if I remember correctly what he said was closer to "People say they've won the revolution, but they're still fightin. But when Rasta win, no more war."

The war is on already. Right now is too one-sided, they fightin us down but we ain' fightin back enough as yet. (I talkin about poor people around the world in general, not only Rasta and not only Black.)
