Jus one point... from various (directly) African people who I know, I have learned that there is a consensus that most Africans don't like the word "tribes", "tribal" etc. when referring to them. It carries too much connotations of whiteman propaganda about savages, cannibals, etc.
Most prefer the term "ethnic group" or simply "people".
Also, I'm sure you know this, but Oludumare and a couple of other names you mentioned are from Yoruba culture, not Egypt.
Kmet is all good, but you could dig deeper than that still.
