I ain' read this whole thread yet but I jus thought I would add this: for Kaya:
You say "we don't know what country she was from", but if you substitute "continent" for "country" then yes we do, at least according to our current state of knowledge as far as I know: which is that 200,000 years ago all anatomically modern humans lived in the continent we now call "Africa".
If more "white" people realized this, perhaps there would be less fertile ground in which to plant the seeds of racism.
