Thank you. I formulated a plan, finalized in 98, that would have been much to
Garvey's liking. I did not expect the plan to do more than circulate for a few
years in order to gain masses-oriented support and for me to finish my college
courses for my new career--Electrical Engineering. However, a sister has
picked up the torch and stated she is willing to promote and help create the
organization listed in the plan. I think all Afrocentric groups,
Pan-Africanist, and even nationalists will find something they like in this
