Re: Rasta goal
In Response To: Rasta goal ()

RASpect,

I think it is important for all who live within a RASTA lifestyle where possible to make a trek to Africa. It is a plan for myself in the near future but to whether I will reside there is another thing.

Repatriation to me is not just to reside within the boundries of Africa but to live its culture, its faiths, its spirit.
It is not about living in Cape town, Durban, Jberg or larger cities out of SA. It is not about falling back into the trap of the ratrace. Repatriation is about the primitive, nature, land, its beauty as a simple life. Leaving western thought and mindset to live as society did thousands of years ago off the land with a RASpect for nature and JAH that can only be heartfelt.

I have often wondered if this same idea of repatriation can be found within other untouched land masses on the earth but then will they hold the same spiritual beauty as that of a land which was once JAHS womb to bring forth creation.

JAH blessings
