disenfranchised youth

Ises - In HIS love and light
Greetings all idrens and sistrens - all strongend reasoning with one and ones about the problems in society (all over the I-niverse) of disenfranchised youth.
The many reasons why this has come to pass, how as Ras InI should address this situation - as we see all around groups set up voluntarily to offer some guidance through community projects etc.,
Many of us are working this way, through sport, education, mentoring, youth clubs, summer schools - individual Ras inside the larger groups
All InI agree that a major contributor to the story is that many youth have only one parent responsible for them - often the mother.
Brethren and sistren - whilst overstanding the historical, economical and psychological reasoning around 'baby-fathers' why is it that intelligent men who can 'in theory' analyse the effect of a missing parent on a child still do not take responsibility for their own.
Blessed Love
Would really love to overstand the male perspective on this.
